Hi Dave:
 
Different strokes I suppose.  My experience has proved the opposite...I find 
it's faster to snap a bit driver on and off the drill bit than it is to reach 
back and forth between two seperate electric  drills.  Again, I'm not sure I 
did a good job of actually describing  the device, and I can now find no 
listing for it on the Canadian Tire (where I bought it) website.

The quick-connect type drills, etc. do save time, but using two drills/drivers 
is faster.
