I've been slowly going through my equipment roster to more accurately focus on
my 1950-56 time line. I have a contest quality train of built-up Kinsman
wood-sheathed passenger cars that need to be sold or converted to M of W
service (and I can't face doing that given how much work they were to build).
Should anyone have a desire to own a set of these high quality, rare cars
please contact me off line for details/pricing.
All are enclosed vestibule cars and include four coaches (two with FULL
interiors), one combine, a RPO (full interior) and a baggage car (working
doors/with interior). All are painted Gloss Pullman Green with flat black
clerestory roofs and have complete underbody detail, 802 couplers and AM 4
wheel trucks (6 wheel on the RPO). They are lettered S.P., but that is an easy
change with some Walther's Solvaset to remove the decals. I can provide photos
to serious interested parties. These are outstanding contest quality cars that
are a real "bear" to build. Not cheap, but a rare opportunity. Sold only as a
7 car set.
