Have the first two U33s been delivered?
All I remember reading is that delivery kept being delayed?
If they have been delivered, I wonder how well the scale wheel versions
worked? And I wonder if there are any Utube videos that show them operating
with the smoke exhaust?

Some news and some great news. First the news. the latest lie is that the
SP and EL U3s are now due in December - this year. these ave been long
awaited. Remember, they are coming with drop in scale wheels. The great news

they have announces four, yes four new road names in the new catalogue for
next year. They are Conrail, Great Northern, Northern Pacific and
Burlington Northern. I can't remember Lionel ever, ever releasing four road
names of
a diesel at once. MSRP is $439.95
Lastly, the UP guys are going to go broke. They are doing an all new
Challenger, yes, a 4-6-6-4 that will be prototypically correct, not a rehash.
There will be 3 UP numbers - 2 in black and one in Greyhound and a D&RGW
version. MSRP will be $999.95.
