Each car listed  in the advertisement also states who manufactured each car.
The ad is on page 51 if the Sept. 2010 issue of "nmra magazine."  There are
the following cars:

40' 1937 AAR steel sgl. door boxcar by PRS in 6 paint schemes.
40' steel ice reefer by PRS in 2 paint schemes.
40' single sheathed AAR wood side boxcar by SHS in 1 paint scheme.
40' steel sgl. door boxcar by AM in 1 paint scheme.
ACF 3-bay covered hopper by PRS in 1 paint scheme.
52' steel gondola b AM in 1  paint  scheme.
