Ed it is too involved for me to try to explain how to program a speed table
for your DH132 decoder. You should go to www.digitrax.com and search for speed
tables under their heading that includes descriptions of manuals and so-forth
(I am not remembering exactly what they call it but it will be obvious that
this where to search for instructions on how to do something). You will learn
that there are two ways to set up speed tables, a 3-step way and a 28-step
way. Either way will permit you to limit the top speed of the loco with the
DH132 decoder.
