Yup. Keith Thompson built it. He will be a judge at the NASG contest in
"S"acramento under the able direction of Richard Karnes. This model will
probably be entered (educated guess) in the contest, but Keith will not be
allowed to judge it. Something to do with avoiding even the appearance of
favortism. One thing for sure, that loco will not win the NYC-only Contest.
But it could be Best in Show! Cheers...Ed L.
