Sorry for the length of time it has taken for me to answer.   We  
have been busy unloading from the very long show this past week.  Most  
everything written is pretty true (except the part about 30 cents an  
hour, that is off by a factor of 3X, sorry Jim).  Once the surprise  
letter from Ivan Ting, the American schooled CEO of Kader Industries,  
the parent company of Sanda Kan really started to set in, we realized  
that we had choice but to change our business model.  I contacted what  
I thought was all of our dealers and distributors to let them know  
that we would have to temporarily suspend dealer sales until we are  
able to deliver new products.  We realize that we now have a finite  
inventory and once that is gone we will be unable to pay our bills.   
As far as dealers with backorders, we will try to fill these as best  
we can.  We still have some inventory in China that we are now having  
shipped to us here.  But, we are not now accepting new dealer orders,  
all sales will be direct only while we are looking for new builder(s)  
and then moving our tooling.
