Great job on the website, Peter. It’s fun to see you guys in action. IMO,
train shows are a most effective way to make people aware of S Scale. When we
were showing Gale Irwin’s portable layout around Southern California, there
were plenty of guys who had AF as kids and didn’t know about all that is now
available. I know for certain that some reentered the hobby as S gaugers.
The HSSG wye modules are a fine addition to the display. Extra credit to you
for reviving them and making them attractive for the public to enjoy. I
especially like the way that you built the asphalt roads.

Subject: {S-Scale List} Houston S Gaugers "Big Texas Train Show" Web Site Update
Hi All,
I have updated the Houston S Gaugers web site with photos and video of
the club's layout at last weekend's "Big Texas Train Show" in Houston.
The web site address is: http://www.houstonsgaugers.org/
The report page about the show is visible by clicking on the "Events"
topic on the left, and then clicking on the "Big Texas Train Show" link
under Past Events. That page has photos as well as videos (near the
bottom of the page).
I have also completed the wye modules article. You can see it by
clicking on the "Articles" topic on the left, and then clicking on "The
Wye Modules" topic. I have added a description of how I did the scenery
and some final photos.
Enjoy,
- Peter.
