FNF actually started earlier today when I ran a full schedule of trains between
Terminal District and Mooar Yard for the first time. Talk about multi-tasking!
Everything went smooth except for the Telephone ringing off the hook at MJ
Tower, which caused the tower operator to overlook lining up #1, causing a
short delay.

The trains were made up and ready to go at Terminal District, so the first item
on the agenda was to add the locomotives to #2, #4, and the daily freight train.

#2 left town and proceeded towards Mooar/KUD. As it neared MJ Tower, #1 began
to back out of KUD around the East leg of the wye into Mooar Yard, and proceed
up the West leg of the wye to MJ Tower to wait for #2. As soon as #2 cleared MJ
across the top of the wye towards KUD, the tower operator lined up #1 and it
left Mooar Yard.

As soon as #1 cleared the North Yard switch at Terminal District, the head
brakeman on the freight train lined the switch and it left town. As it pulled
across MJ into Mooar Yard, #4 left Terminal District for its run to KUD. #4,
the Daily Mail, would pull directly down the main line at KUD.

The freight train pulled into the yard, cut off its train, and came back to the
engine house. Since it had back-to-back F7 A units (#18-19B), it did not have
to turn on the wye. The yard engine grabbed the caboose, ran around it, and
took it to the other end of the yard and tied it onto the outbound cars for the
freight train. In the meantime, #4 passed MJ and pulled into KUD.

The freight engines came out of the engine house and tied onto its outbound
train, but since #4 only lays over long enough to transfer mail and express and
passengers before it leaves as #3, the freight had to wait in the clear until
#3 backed around the wye to turn and headed West. After it cleared MJ, the
freight was able to pull up to MJ and wait until conflicting traffic cleared
the Junction.

Upon arrival back at Terminal District, #1 and #3 pulled into the coach yard,
after which the yard engine pulled into the runaround so it could come in
behind the freight train through the interchange crossover to switch it out
after it arrived and the road engines cut it off in the pocket and went to the
engine house.

I will post a drawing of SHABBONA RR in the files sectiion to make tracking the
train movements a little easier.
