We have a Frank Titman Spiral Hill, 2 bay USRA Hopper car overrun. The hopper's are Black with White lettering. www.lehighvalleysgaugers.org/clubCars.aspx All it would take is rubbing off the "Spiral Hill" and the Logo, then placing your lettering on the car. (I know of several modelers who have already done that using Chameleon paint remover or whatever you prefer.) Bert said the lettering should come off easy as they are painted on.
