In San Francisco front lawns don't exist which is a added plus!
Occasional hosing off the dog poop on the sidewalk is a very minor task but
generally no leaves or loud blowers like the burbs.
The parties during the 89 earthquake are legendary, nothing to do but sit on
you front stairs and drink till the liquor stores run out!
