Good evening! Email launched itself before, I was able to complete the statement that Stan was very generous with his time with everyone who asked for help. He will be missed by everyone who's life he touched.

Very easy to so y'all need to let his kin know how Stan touched your lives. I never met Stan, but we talked on the phone countless times as he was building an older web site. He was a superb, soft-spoken, highly detailed, modern modeler and often lamented that he would like to see more kit variety for his era but was satisfied with what he did have, which often included scratchbuilding. About a year ago he emailed thanking me for producing the roller bearing trucks and that he was pushing thru his illness remission (at the time) to finish the waffle boxcar with trucks. He was very vocal about his faith. We often discussed our mutual beliefs and that our earthly time is VERY short compared to eternity. We can rest assured that he is with Jesus and no longer in pain but we still have to deal with his loss while we're alive. Jim King Smoky Mountain Model Works, Inc. Ph.
