Dear Don,
 
All anyone needs to do is go to the showcaseline website. Once there on the 
left side minu  scroll down to tips and tricks. click on that and it will bring 
up NW-2 coupler and wheel conversion. These may be the pictures you are looking 
for. It shows the tweezer trick with the side frame removal. Just thought I 
would help out a littlle.

Dear Ed,
Somewhere I have an image of how we so it at the warehouse. We 
use a pair of curved pickups (tweezers), but you can use two small 
screwdrivers. Using the axle as a fulcrum, we push up on the end 
cross bar. This distorts the delrin just enough so that the 
rectangular opening pops off the tab on the end of the sideframe.
