I built an Ambroid snowplow kit when I was in high school. Believe me, it's
not
hard, and the instructions are excellent. You may think that forming the plow
out of the flat sheet metal is a daunting task, but happily it's a "developable
surface." This mathematical term simply means that no metal stretching is
required. The plow configuration is essentially a piece of origami, i.e., like
folding paper. The directions lead you easily through the process. If you
keep
yourself from being afraid, it will come out okay. Just be sure to follow the
construction sequence as laid out in the instructions.
