 A bowser turntable is a pretty simple piece of machinery, just a circle cut 
out of plywood with sheet metal pit wall. I think you could improve upon it by 
making curved wooden pit wall and a homemade bridge. The hardest part to make 
would be the end of bridge wheels that run on the ring rail and the 
bearing/drive disc attachment. you'd need to find a gear drive motor to power 
it....dave
