Thanks, Bill.  The caboose meets the NMRA definition of “scratch built” though 
some might call it kit bashed because I use a lot of commercial parts. 

I know the mullions are oversized: they were off an HO window.  Hardly 
noticeable when painted and behind the ladder.  I’ll do better next time <g>.

Excellent! Stunning! The railing work is really great. Is your caboose
scratchbuilt? 

And what is with the "cross" window in the end door? It looks like window
openings in the wild west to stick a rifle though and shoot!
