This stuff looks like it may be from Joe Webbs collection, The E7 is definately American Hirail. The easiest way to tell is the molded in handrails as it was cloned off of an HO model Power Unit. The Omnicon Sharks had a very well done chassis with brass sideframes, so I suspect those are from Walt Danylak.
The Ebay spin casting molds look like they were all done by Jan Lorenzen.
