The solvent glues are usually stronger solvents than what you would use with most paints. Just putting the brush into the glue will clean it, though the glue might become discolored (usually not a problem unless you are working with a white model). As was mentioned earlier, the 000’s indicate the brush size. Quality does count however, some of the cheaper versions will fall apart in the solvent glues, or will leave bristles on the work, or will become frayed so that there is no single tip, which is what you need to put the glue EXACTLY where you want it. Remember, there is no binding agent like there is in paint to hold the bristles together. Have fun! Bill Winans Would I clean the brush with brush cleaner that I use for oil paint?
