Bob and group,

I would guess it is a kitbash of several plasticville "bank" buildings.  This 
plasticville building lends itself very much to kitbashing, detailing, etc. 
since it actually is very similar to a real style of bank building.  While i 
don't have an actual photo of the real deal to post, I can assure you the style 
is very real and quite common.
