Northeastern still sells milled basswood clapboard siding in a variety of sheet
sizes and spacing, including 1/6" which is 4" in S-scale. You can order
directly from them on line.

If you wanted to build a wood structure in S scale, say a clapboard industrial
building of two stories, where would you get the wood? I built in HO many years
ago using Northeastern, but don't see where those 2" wide by 10" long or so
strips are available in S. Perhaps I'm just missing them but thought I ask.
