If the turnouts use the regular Atlas motors, there is a DCC controller for
them.

Here's Digitrax's: http://www.digitrax.com/prd_statdec_ds52.php  It does two
- convenient for a reverse loop.

I assume others have similar.

A PM42 would change your track polarity for you:
