Which ERTL farmhouse? they've done several over the past 20 years.
we recently acquired a current production 2 story Farm House #12929. in Cream
or Tan & Brown. I think it's the same as the older White one, but haven't been
able to compare them.
scale measurements are:
24' x 39.5' (house) - 34.5' x 48' including porches. 41' tall to peak, 45'
tall to top of Chimney.
Length and width are prototypical, but it's too tall for scale, but acceptable,
as some of these Victorian Era houses were tall like this.
Shutter are molded into model. If you re-sided the house, you could remove
them, otherwise, I'd say not removable, due to casting recesses.
