Red Brass and Yellow Brass.

Slightly different alloy.  If your selling any as "scrap" at a salvage yard, 
depending on the markets, one is generally a little higher priced.  Usually the 
Yellow is worth more.

iirc from my brief time working at a salvage yard quite a while back, Yellow is 
Copper/Zinc alloy, & Red is Copper/Zinc/Tin, not much different than "Bronze".
