I just finished uploading a couple of photos and a set of plans (in the files
section) for making a 52" radius 90 degree curve module that you can build and
either use for shows, or for setting up in your garage. The Google Sketch-Up
program is free for download and is a blast to use.
I use 1X4 Paulownia primed wood. Its strong and light.
