Thanks all. Didn't mean this to turn into a marathon but nice to know
how great this group is.
Turns out the issue was failing to properly manage the e-mail server and
allowing the in-box to fill up.
Unfortunately since it is my domain and server I can't blame anyone but
me. Dumb attack.
