I may have missed it in the pile of bits and bytes on this thread, but has
anyone actually posted a photo of the car in question?? After some digging, I
found one in the April 1996 issue of Bill Wade's S/Sn3 Modeling Guide, page 18.
Personally I'd rather go after the PRR K9a stock cars converted from their
fleet of 50' round roof box cars, in my home town of Fort Wayne I might add!
But that is a "hacking and whacking" project for some other day. The 50' round
roof is sleeping quietly in a box somewhere waiting for that day...
