I met John Porter 1 or 2 times. I actually have a photo that includes him on my website from 1993. http://tinyurl.com/3oc33u7 He is in profile on the far right next to Tom Hawley with the tie. He wound up being apart of RSSVP Models with the late Gerry Rivet. (SP?) I remember John talking about an early PRR stock car kit. I am pretty sure I saw 1 done or almost done. It was really awesome work. Since it was an early PRR stock car the kit was a pile of sticks so I passed on it. I may have even tried to get John to build me one but that did not happen. If you have this kit or 2 but have not built it for lack of decals have I got a deal for you. I wound up with a bunch of the decal sets that are pretty much just for this car all in perfect condition! If anyone has 1 of these cars completed I would really like to see it.
