The bulkhead flat that Southwind imported was a pulpwood car.The floor is not 
flat. It slopes from the sides towards the centerline of the car so they could 
stack short logs between the bulkheads and the ends of the logs could be seen 
from the side of the car and they would lean towards the center of the car so 
they didn't fall out in transit. It was not normaly used for general freight.
