I have just drawn what I hope to be the final version of my corner frames. It is going to be somewhat of a hybrid of wood and aluminum. I have decided to not make the rear radial rail from wood. I got some 1/8" x 3 aluminum flat bar. That is just going to "swing the radius" with it being backed up with wood framing and screwed in at 9 points. I am sure it will be very strong when I am done. The only way I am going to change with I have now is for "making it fit in the basement" reasons which I am almost sure will not happen. I am cutting out 4 sheets of luan in the footprint of the curves as floor templates to eyeball the fit before I really start building the frames.
