Greg Komar has not made dry transfers for a few years now. He is one of the people that told me NO one is making new model railroad dry transfers now. Greg does not like decals to the point that his current orders are for "wet slimy decals". It even says so on the packing slip! So if there was ANY way to get dry transfers made Greg would be doing it for sure, and he is not. In order for him to stay in business he adapted and changed to selling decals. Greg will offer any of his decal sets in S Scale.
