Jeff, Whilst perusing the site for IRM, I came upon their "new products" page, so I'm guessing that they do occasionally have new products coming out. The real surprise was what the new product is: an Arch-Bar truck!
When I saw the first picture I thought "this must be N scale!" so I checked back to the home page, and yup, sure 'nuff, this is an S scale manufacturer, so these trucks are definitely S scale..... as it were. Lower down the page, there is a photo of these trucks with "scale" wheels, and it does look somewhat better. I still think these are made to tinplate standards, and are not anywhere close to scale, but then beggars can't be choosers. Who else is making a "standard" arch-bar truck in S scale, I ask you?
