Gentlemen..
This message is to alert you to some problems with the printed program guide
at the convention. It contains MANY errors. As a result, there is a daily
"errors & changes" sheet which is printed and posted on bulletin boards. It
also is available at or near the Registration Desk. My rumor mill tells me
that many of the NASG events have a printed error of one kind or another.
So what to do..??
Here is what I would suggest:
1. Rely on the web site information as much as possible. It is correct.
The printed program and ONLY the printed program is where the errors are
concentrated.
2. Be sure to read the daily "errors and changes" sheet. Each day's sheet
is a different color. Some of the corrections for Wednesday events will be
on the Thursday "errors and changes" sheet. Yes, I know that makes no
sense, but it is what it is. It would be good to check and double check
the times and locations for anything you want to do.
I will shut down my home computer at 9:00 am on Wednesday morning and then
board a bus to head toward Sacramento. After that, I will not be able to
answer email inquiries. Ask your questions before then if you want a
response before July 15th.
