I hope Ron will comment, but it is quite possible the caption is incorrect.
As noted earlier, the PRS car was planned to be a 40ft version, and that was 
what Gold Coast made in TT scale. The photographer may think all Fowler cars 
are 36 ft... or Ron may have changed his mind and made a 36ft despite the 
Ridgehill Models resin version. I don't know for sure. There were some U.S. 36 
cars of this type as well, but most were gone long before the transition era.
