What is a GP 38? Those diesels all look alike to me. Now if its a different 2-8-0 !!!!!!!!!!!!! I got that way after riding some 207 railroads and modeling in all gauges.
OO gauge was fun, A great scale. I got started at 2 with a metal steam loco that had a flywheel and would coast across the room. It was about G scale. I still have it A little humor is part of the hobby, but I admit I can too often get off topic. But the the bolt counters can get a bit dry. Most of them drink diet soda which boils the brain.
