Andre,  Besides the obvious soft metal crews that Bill has mentioned, 
You might check out Fun and Games--some of his characters are urethane.  
In addition the Mikes Train House 'bag of people' contains many sitting 
passengers--might be usable as crew members with some real plastic surgery!
