You can contest the charge and send the item back to the seller. Did you contact the seller first about the item? Moreover, this one was about half-assembled already. While I don't doubt it would be possible to end up with a decent model, it is so close to scratcbuilding I consider that it is hardly worth the effort. I'd guess it is at least thirty years old. I've got a Kaslo N6c that is remarkable in its engineering--quite a contrast to the Mainline Models kit. I seem to remember that Mainline Models (as taken over by ye olde huffe and puffe) had an N6b kit in their HO line, but I don't think this outfit (based in Allentown) was the same business.
