I think, Jim, if you will check a few of my previous posts, I very rarely
mindlessly tack my message to a long string of earlier ones from other list
members; I generally
edit any of those earlier posts so only the relevant parts to which I am
responding are clear to anyone reading the message without having seen those
earlier messages.
I suspect I am not the only one whose inbox is set up to read the most recent
messages first, so that a mere response without the topic that elicited that
response is
not very helpful.
If this is a matter of some concern to everyone else, I shall be happy to
resign from the list in your favor, as you have been in S scale far longer and
have contributed
to its welfare much more substantially.
