  Hi Andre, If you want to drill small holes in a steel frame find a friend 
with a drill press and then buy small carbide bits of the correct size. They 
cut steel like butter but they are very brittle and almost need to be used in a 
drill press to keep them from breaking. I've drill .020 holes all the way thru 
the knuckle of O scale diecast couplers with them( to make the old transition 
knuckles that could take link and pins).....dave
