Hi Jace,

Their website says Portland, OR., but since it hasn't been updated since 2008 
they could have moved.

The kits were their own design and they offered some articulated cars as well 
as cars Kemtron, Pilings, Briggs never offered. They did offer an improved cast 
end for the Kemtrom cars.

What interests me the most is they offered to produce these UP passenger car 
kits in any scale.   My need is "S scale.
