That link does not bring  up a turnout where the both closure rails move as 
a unit.  It does bring up a thread that includes a picture of a spring-frog, 
where one wing rail moves under diverging traffic wheel pressure.  I've seen 
those on a local branch line.  They were said to be a maintenance nuisance 
and have now been replaced.
