I've posted an image of Frank Titman's "BOBBER."
I've had it for many a year, and upon further inspection found that Frank
not only scratch built this Bobber, he has sprung wheels on it. Most likely
built in the 1960's.
As I and many others have maintained, the man was genus in his day.
The model is listed under my Jefferson Central Railroad nomenclature.
