This is a list of all there is. I just have one of each. I have priced most
just under or close to the retail price of the kits, since some roof vents,
downspouts etc. may be missing. I will try to describe them the best I can. My
address is the same as before. Please add $8 per package. I will makeup any
difference in shipping.

Item 1. Don's Generic Gas Station. This is the actual photo model built and
shown in the web pages in the Pine Canyon site. $200.

Item 2. Kathy's Greasy Spoon Café. This is a test model that has the walls
assembled, but nothing is painted yet. The windows and details are yet to be
installed. Otherwise, it is a complete kit with instructions, signs etc. Just
missing the small bathroom roof vents. $60.

Item 3. Rigsby Freight Terminal. I was keeping this one for myself, so it is
missing most of the small details. It does have all walls, windows and stairs.
I have added some barrels in the box. It is also missing the loading dock. $80.

Item 4. Gas station #320. This is a test assembly with all walls assembled. The
roof panels, island and floor are still not glued down. It also has all the
windows and doors. Also most of the detail parts and some extras. It is missing
the gas pumps, and all interior parts, such as workbench and auto lift etc.
Many of the detail parts for outside are painted. Also included are
instructions, signs and 2 sets of decals. $60.

Item 5. This is a test build of Don's generic gas station. The walls are
assembled, but not painted. The roof panels are not yet glued down. It is
missing the floor, and all detail parts, juch as gas pumps. It does have the
workbench, inside office wall and all windows. Also a soda machine,
instructions, signs and 2 sets of decals. For some reason, there is even a
front canopy wall for the larger gas station in the box. This one should make a
great body shop or something. $40.

Item 6. This is the photo model that was just tacked together for Doug's Diner.
It has all walls and windows. Also a Howard's sign for the roof with the decal
installed. The floor has the checkerboard floor installed. Missing the roof
and all interior details. $30.

Item 7. Large corner store #805. This is one that one of our employees was
building and got distracted. The walls are assembled and painted per the web
site (box art). Just a bit shaky on the smaller detail painting. Will require a
little touchup on the trim. The kit is complete, but nothing else is installed.
$45.

Item 8. Two window store #802. This is another one that one of our employees
was building and got distracted. The walls are assembled and painted per the
web site (box art). Just a bit shaky on the smaller detail painting. Will
require a little touchup on the trim. The kit is complete, but nothing else is
installed. $45. This one matches the store above.

Item 9. Machine shop with rusty corrugated roof. This is the photo model used
for the web site. Kit #626. It is complete except missing the crane. $100.

Item 10. Machine shop with tile roof, kit #625. Fully built and painted with
dirty white windows and doors. It is missing the crane and junk yard/pile. A
very nice build. $80.

Item 11. Boiler house with steel roof kit #621. The walls are assembled and
painted. And its glued to the unpainted base/floor. The roof is still not
painted or glued in place. It is complete, except missing the smoke stack and
other small roof details, also the two front doors. I have included a brick
chimney that is painted and stained. The boiler is painted and the coal bin is
stained with the coal installed. $45.

Item 12. Boiler house with tile roof kit #620. This is the photo model on the
web site. Windows and doors painted dirty green. However, it is missing the
roof. The smoke stack, boiler and coal bin is included as shown in the photos.
$40.

Last items. Two AHL Die-cast Trucks. Both still in the box. Yellow Transit
freight lines (color orange) semi and Quaker State (green and white) tank truck
(not semi). I don't know what these are worth. Hopefully you will have an
answer.

Thank you and Happy Railroading,
Keith
