That's an FPA4 not FA4, only on the CNR/CN/VIA and some US tourist roads now.

Jason Shron, the owner of Rapido is not only innovative but produces extremely 
accurate models in HO and N scale.  He's a great guy and knows the market is 
too small for him to consider S.
