It handles about 4 reefers along the rack, so I don't know if it is your idea of "small to medium" in size. There is nothing in the kit that can't be obtained easily. I used it several times as the 'set' for the first couple runs of SHS reefers, so you can get a good idea of it's design by checking some old SHS ads. I would assume the library would have copies of the plans--I doubt if I kept mine.
