I recently received one of the new B&O I-1 kits from Supply Car, LLC. The excellent laser-cut kit, made by Lake Junction Models, builds into a really nice piece. I have just built one of these kits to represent BC&G's C-1. The prototype C-1 was an I-1 which the BC&G obtained used from the B&O. Go to the link below then scroll all the way to the very bottom of the page to see photos of the finished model, including the interior which I added. This is a great addition to the ever-growing line of excellent "S" items. Thanks to Bob McCarthy of Supply Car, Bill Hoss of Lake Junction and Ed Sauers and all the others who made this kit possible! If your road had a similar wood caboose, or one would have been seen on your railroad, I highly recommend this craftsman-style kit.
