John, I've never had the pleasure of meeting Richard Jaeger. He might not even be a modeler. Often times people will be active in a historical group to preserve a local building or some piece of rolling stock etc. or they might be a past employee. The caption indicates that he is in his 80's, so he's doing quite well in his building.
