Hi Bud and all -- I have been known to use a flat file to reduce flange size, doing my best to round it off after reducing height. I recently had to do that for a pair of Omnicon 2-8-0s when their end driver pairs and center driver pairs rubbed flanges. Only the center pairs were reduced!!
