In my dealings with solid frog turnouts - in any scale - is that the
'inside' rail (the rail next to the frog) on both paths of the turnout need
to be gapped.  This can be done next to the turnout or a foot away or
whereever.  The main feed (as you've done) is by the points.  Any
additional feeds would be done past the gap(s).

The location of the gap became a good location for signals.

The exception is if one of the routes is a stub-end siding - no need to gap
on that track.
