Yes Rich, you are right!  Once again, I will submit my vote for a USRA Heavy

Here's another thought: The USRA Heavy 2-8-2. Or, it's been DECADES since the 
Overland USRA Light 2-8-2 was available. Either would allow for multiple 
roadname possibilities and a medium sized road locomotive suitable for most 
pikes.
