Yes it is a Newfie line. Grand Falls Central Railway. 
It was a shortline that served a paper mill to a port.

      Very nice Andrew. To add to Bill W's note, building in S beats the heck 
out of navel gazing in S.  I can't quite make out the cab logo.  Is it a Newfie 
line?
